Im Gegensatz zur Kohorte der kleinen Jungen haben viele von ihnen keine signifikanten Vorgeschichten von Geschlechtsdysphorie in der Kindheit, und eine Reihe von ihnen leiden an komorbiden psychischen Problemen und\/oder neurologischen Entwicklungsst\u00f6rungen wie Autismus (ASD) und Aufmerksamkeitsdefizit-\/Hyperaktivit\u00e4tsst\u00f6rung (ADHS). Es ist Teil einer globalen Dynamik, in der spezialisierte Kliniken von Anfragen Jugendlicher, die eine \u201eGeschlechtsumwandlung\u201c w\u00fcnschen, \u00fcberfordert sind. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Dieser Anstieg wirft jedoch Fragen auf: Warum gibt es pl\u00f6tzlich einen solchen H\u00f6hepunkt, insbesondere bei pr\u00e4- und postpubert\u00e4ren M\u00e4dchen? Ist dies wirklich die Folge einer besseren Akzeptanz von \u201eDiversit\u00e4t\u201c?
