Best\u00e4tigung der angegebenen Identit\u00e4t <em>(Vorname, Pronomen, Kleidung)<\/em> und einen fr\u00fchen Zugang zu Pubert\u00e4tsblockern und\/oder Hormonen, gest\u00fctzt auf Daten, die eine Verbesserung des psychologischen Wohlbefindens nahelegen. Andererseits weisen zahlreiche Kliniker, Institutionen und systematische Evidenzpr\u00fcfungen <em>(z. B. <a href=\"https:\/\/webarchive.nationalarchives.gov.uk\/ukgwa\/20250310143933\/https:\/\/cass.independent-review.uk\/home\/publications\/final-report\/\">Cass Review<\/a> im Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hhs.gov\/press-room\/gender-dysphoria-report-release.html\">HHS-Bericht<\/a> in den USA)<\/em> auf die Identit\u00e4tsplastizit\u00e4t im Jugendalter hin und betonen die Risiken, die mit meist irreversiblen medizinischen Eingriffen verbunden sind: Unfruchtbarkeit, Anorgasmie, Osteoporose, erh\u00f6htes Risiko f\u00fcr Krebs, Autoimmunerkrankungen oder Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen, dauerhafte k\u00f6rperliche Ver\u00e4nderungen und Depressionen. Der Mangel an Beweisen f\u00fcr den Nutzen sogenannter \u201etrans-affirmativer\u201c Behandlungen wurde ebenfalls angesprochen.  <\/p>\n<p>Es gab schon immer Unterschiede zwischen explorativen Psychotherapien, auch als \u201eWatchful Waiting\u201c-Therapien bezeichnet, und den sogenannten <em>affirmativen<\/em> Therapien, die heute vorherrschend sind.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Worum geht es? wixui-rich-text__text\">ontroversen die zur Konsultation vorgelegte Version belasteten. Tats\u00e4chlich stellte die WPATH zum ersten Mal das unerkl\u00e4rliche und wachsende Ph\u00e4nomen fest, dass sich Jugendliche als des anderen Geschlechts identifizieren, und erkannte die M\u00f6glichkeit einer sozialen Ansteckung an.  <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"color_36 wixui-rich-text__text\">Dennoch schockierten die ver\u00f6ffentlichten Behandlungsstandards die wissenschaftliche Gemeinschaft, indem sie jegliche Altersbeschr\u00e4nkung f\u00fcr die hormonelle und chirurgische Behandlung von Minderj\u00e4hrigen aufhoben, \u00c4rzten rieten, Eltern zu umgehen, die sich Behandlungen widersetzen, und ein Kapitel \u201eEunuch\u201c hinzuf\u00fcgten, das von einer Fetisch-Website f\u00fcr Erwachsene stammte. <\/span><span class=\"color_20 wixui-rich-text__text\"><a class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amqg.ch\/wpath-soc8\" target=\"_self\">Genspect <\/a><\/span><span class=\"color_36 wixui-rich-text__text\">ver\u00f6ffentlichte eine Kritik dieser Behandlungsstandards, und die <\/span><span class=\"color_20 wixui-rich-text__text\"><a class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amqg.ch\/_files\/ugd\/e78aad_e98f7f54e4db4a98b00a8b2ee4e77fcc.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NZZ<\/a><\/span><span class=\"color_36 wixui-rich-text__text\"> berichtete \u00fcber einige Kontroversen.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Im Jahr 2024 haben wiederholte Skandale den Ruf der WPATH gesch\u00e4digt, insbesondere die Ver\u00f6ffentlichung der  <a href=\"https:\/\/environmentalprogress.org\/big-news\/wpath-files\">WPATH-Files<\/a> die interne Korrespondenz offenbaren, die zeigt, dass die Praxis der Transgender-Medizin weder wissenschaftlich noch medizinisch ist. Der Cass Review-Bericht (2024), der vom britischen Gesundheitsdienst NHS in Auftrag gegeben wurde und der umfassendste in dieser Angelegenheit ist, zeigte einen eklatanten Mangel an wissenschaftlichen Beweisen f\u00fcr die langfristige Wirksamkeit fr\u00fcher Hormonbehandlungen. Der Bericht empfiehlt nun, vom ausschlie\u00dflichen affirmativen Modell abzuweichen und zu einer umfassenden psychologischen Bewertung junger Patienten zur\u00fcckzukehren. Auch die soziale Transition wird kritisiert. Seit seiner Ver\u00f6ffentlichung hat das Vereinigte K\u00f6nigreich Pubert\u00e4tsblocker und Hormonbehandlungen f\u00fcr Minderj\u00e4hrige verboten, bis eine neue Konsultation zu geschlechts\u00fcbergreifenden Hormonen stattfindet.
