Genf und der Schweiz haupts\u00e4chlich in einem medizinischen und assoziativen, im Wesentlichen pro-affirmativen Rahmen, zum Nachteil explorativer psychotherapeutischer Ans\u00e4tze.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend viele L\u00e4nder seit einigen Jahren damit begonnen haben, faktische Informationen zu sammeln, um die explosionsartige Zunahme von Geschlechtsdysphorie-F\u00e4llen besser zu verstehen und den Betroffenen sichere und angepasste Behandlungen anzubieten, sind in der Schweiz derzeit sehr wenige statistische Daten verf\u00fcgbar.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/amqg-aufg.org\/de\/2023\/08\/17\/geschlechtsangleichende-operationen-schweizer-krankenhaeuser-operieren-immer-mehr-minderjaehrige\/\">Im Jahr 2024 erhielt AUFG offizielle Daten des Bundsamts f\u00fcr Statistik \u00fcber die Anzahl der Geschlechtsangleichungsoperationen <\/a>\u00fcber die Anzahl der Geschlechtsangleichungsoperationen in Schweizer Krankenh\u00e4usern zwischen 2016 und 2021. Daraufhin hat das BFS die Statistiken 2019-2022 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bfs.admin.ch\/asset\/de\/26405100\">hier<\/a> ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Auch die Zahl der Minderj\u00e4hrigen steigt, und mehr als zehn M\u00e4dchen unter 15 Jahren haben in Schweizer Spit\u00e4lern bereits eine Brustamputation erlitten. <\/p>\n<p>Die Statistiken \u00fcber die Anzahl der Minderj\u00e4hrigen, die konsultiert und medikalisiert werden, sind nicht bekannt, ebenso wenig wie die Anzahl der Jugendlichen, die ihre Transition abgebrochen haben.<\/p>\n<p>Das BFS teilte uns zudem mit, dass allein im Jahr 2022 <strong>257 Jugendliche unter 25 Jahren<\/strong> mit der Diagnose F64 Geschlechtsdysphorie f\u00fcr Behandlungen im Zusammenhang mit ihrer psychischen Gesundheit hospitalisiert wurden.<\/p>\n<p>Die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bfs.admin.ch\/bfs\/fr\/home\/statistiques\/population\/effectif-evolution\/sexe.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Schweizer Statistiken<\/a> zur Anzahl der Geschlechts\u00e4nderungen im Zivilstandsregister sind ebenfalls erschienen (2022, 2023, 2024). data-testid=\"richTextElement\">\n<p class=\"font_7 wixui-rich-text__text\">Im selben Jahr hat die Schweizerische Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie und Psychotherapie SSPPEA Stellung bezogen gegen den transaktivistischen Entwurf der deutschen medizinischen Leitlinie AWMF und sich der Linie ihres europ\u00e4ischen Dachverbandes ESCAP angeschlossen, der aufruft, das Vorsorgeprinzip zu respektieren und zuerst keinen Schaden zuzuf\u00fcgen. <\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Eines der Ziele der AMQG ist es genau, die Beh\u00f6rden aufzufordern, faktenbasierte Daten zu erheben und diese \u00f6ffentlich zu machen.
